Estimating and takeoff services for trade subcontractors.
Bid day comes whether the takeoff is done or not. Estimating is the first desk of your back office. We measure quantities from your plans, specs, and addenda and send back an itemized bid in your format. You set every price.
Your first paid bid is backed by a money-back guarantee.
Axentra Solutions provides estimating and takeoff services for countertop, cabinet, stone, tile, and flooring subcontractors across the US. We measure quantities from your plans, specs, and addenda and return an itemized bid in 24 to 48 hours, in your format. Bids cost $350, $500, $800, or from $1,200 by size, and you set every price.
What we take off
Numbers you can defend on bid day.
Estimating is the first desk in your back office, and every later desk uses its numbers. The takeoff becomes the shop drawing, and the quantities become the POs.
- Quantity takeoffs from plans, specs, and addenda
- Material, labor, and waste built into the quantities
- Inclusions, exclusions, and alternates written out line by line
- Delivered in Excel, PDF, DWG, or your own proposal template
- Bids back in 24 to 48 hours
Your bid, your price.
We prepare the quantities and the paperwork. You set prices and markup and approve every bid before it goes out. Your plans, pricing, and files stay confidential.
- An itemized bid you can check line by line
- Takeoff detail behind every line
- Every ITB and due date in your bid log
- After award, the takeoff becomes your shop drawings
